We keep receiving donations from our PATH women. We are very happy about this, because it helps us immensely in our voluntary work. Join us in promoting breast cancer research – as a company or as a private individual.
Your donation is tax-deductible, because PATH is a non-profit foundation. Private individuals claim the donation in their income tax return. Companies can deduct donations from profits up to a certain maximum limit, and can also carry them over to the following year.
For donations of up to 300 Euros, the transfer or payment receipt is sufficient for the tax office as proof of donation. For donations over 300 Euros, you will receive a donation receipt from us.
There are different ways to financially support the work of PATH. Instead of transferring money from your account, you can also consider the following options:
The competition for a good cause inspires more and more active and recreational athletes. For example, entry fees can be used as a donation, the usual award ceremony can be supplemented with a raffle, or even an event of this kind can be used as an awareness campaign in the fight against breast cancer.
A birthday or anniversary is a wonderful opportunity to work together to improve the treatment of breast cancer. With a note in the invitation and a donation box instead of a gift table, you and your guests can do good, and thus contribute to the joyful celebration that breast cancer will eventually be curable for all women.
Companies have a choice. Why not choose a donation as a gift? Instead of the usual Christmas presents, a donation is made to support ongoing progress in the fight against breast cancer.
Inheritances and legacies have been helping to support the work of non-profit organizations for years. With a written will (private or notary), citizens can decide after their death to whom the inheritance should go. In the case of a bequest, the heir fulfils a third party’s claim to the amount or object determined by you.
When a family member, a dear friend, a neighbor is torn from our midst by death, most people want to express their sympathy by greeting flowers. A donation is more sustainable. The addition in your obituary “Instead of flowers and wreaths, we ask for a donation to the PATH Foundation” can make a big difference.
When Anne R. died of her illness, her husband and son made her wish come true and asked for donations. More than 2,000 Euros were collected for PATH.
The relatives of another deceased person have also given PATH a consideration: “Helga R. died of breast cancer in 2008. As a result, a life insurance policy of €5,000 was due. I would like to donate this money to research against breast cancer. PATH has a manageable organization and fulfils a plausible task in the context of research. That’s why I’m forwarding the life insurance to PATH” – according to the email that reached us.
With all donations, you support us in fulfilling our foundation’s goal of advancing breast cancer research. Researchers are working intensively to discover markers that can help patients receive targeted and individualized therapies.
